Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using SteakFlip ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

App Store Distribution

If you downloaded SteakFlip from the Apple App Store, your use is also subject to applicable App Store terms. Unless a custom EULA is provided in App Store Connect for your region, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies: Apple Standard EULA.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use SteakFlip for lawful personal use on Apple-branded devices you own or control, in accordance with these Terms.

Acceptable Use

• Do not misuse, reverse engineer, or interfere with the app beyond rights allowed by law.
• Do not use the app in a way that violates applicable laws or regulations.

Important Safety Notice

SteakFlip provides timer guidance only. Cooking outcomes can vary based on equipment, steak characteristics, and conditions. You are responsible for food safety, including using proper handling practices and verifying safe internal temperatures where appropriate.

No Warranty

SteakFlip is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss arising from your use of or inability to use the app.

Changes and Termination

We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the app at any time. We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page with an updated date.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in your place of residence unless mandatory local law requires otherwise.
