These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Social Confidence iOS application ("App") developed by Elvijs Babcuks ("Developer", "we", "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the App you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and that you accept these Terms.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on any Apple device that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes, in accordance with these Terms and the Apple Standard End User License Agreement (EULA) .

The App offers optional subscriptions that unlock premium features ("Premium"). All purchases are processed by Apple and subject to Apple's Terms and Conditions.
Any content you enter into the App (such as your display name) is stored locally on your device only. We do not have access to this content. You are solely responsible for content you choose to enter.
Social Confidence is a personal development and habit-building tool. It is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you experience anxiety, social phobia, or related conditions, please consult a qualified healthcare professional.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Elvijs Babcuks be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data or profits, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to discontinue the App or any feature at any time without notice. These Terms remain in effect until terminated by either party. Your license terminates automatically if you violate these Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Latvia, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Latvia.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will indicate the date of the latest revision above. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
