1. Who We Are

Social Confidence ("the App", "we", "us") is an iOS app developed by Elvijs Babcuks. If you have any questions about this policy, contact us at support@socialconfidence.app.

2. Data We Do Not Collect

We do not collect, store, or transmit any of the following to any server or third party:

• Your name or any other personal identifiers
• Your usage patterns, analytics, or behavioral data
• Device identifiers or advertising IDs
• Location data
• Crash logs (the App does not include any analytics or crash-reporting SDK)

3. Data Stored Locally on Your Device

The App stores the following data only on your device, using iOS standard local storage (UserDefaults and App Groups for the widget):

• Your display name (entered by you)
• Your quest history, streak count, XP, and level progress
• Your app preferences (difficulty, focus areas, notification time)
• Badges earned and confidence level

This data never leaves your device and is not accessible to us or anyone else. If you delete the App, all locally stored data is permanently removed.

4. Notifications

The App may ask for permission to send you local notifications (daily reminders). Notifications are scheduled entirely on-device. No notification content is sent to any server. You can disable notifications at any time in iOS Settings → Social Confidence.

5. In-App Purchases

The App offers optional in-app purchases (subscriptions) processed entirely by Apple via the App Store. We do not receive or store your payment information. Your purchase history is managed by Apple and governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.

6. Widgets

The App includes a home screen widget. The widget reads locally stored data (streak, level) from your device only, using iOS App Groups. No data is shared externally.

7. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Since we collect no personal data at all, there is nothing to delete if a child uses the App.

8. Third-Party Services

The App does not integrate any third-party SDKs, analytics services, advertising networks, or social login providers. The only external service involved is the Apple App Store for in-app purchases.

9. Data Retention and Deletion

All data is stored locally on your device. To delete all data, use Profile → Settings → Reset All Progress within the App, or simply uninstall the App from your device.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after any change constitutes your acceptance of the new policy.
